The Accommodation

 

The villa is double-glazed and centrally heated for all year round comfort and there is a swimming pool, shared with just a few other secluded houses (open July to September), just one hundred yards from the gate.

 

 

 

There is a spacious lounge/dinning room with an open fireplace and patio doors opening up on to the sun terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers

A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

 

 

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 opening onto the covered terrace. The twin-bedded room and one of the king size double bedrooms are en-suite. There is a further king size double bedroom, a shower room with basin and a separate WC.

 

The Villa is set back from the road and has its own private entrance.
