Prices include reasonable use of water and electricity, but not heating.

Deposit required is one third of the total rental.

Booking Conditions

The villa may be provisionally reserved by telephone, fax or e-mail provided that the signed booking form and the deposit is sent within 4 days of the reservation being made. The deposit is non-refundable except when the booking cannot be met by the owner.

Provisional bookings are only held for 4 days.

The balance of the rent must be paid not less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday.

The security deposit of € 350 is paid to the femme de menage at the beginning of the holiday. This is refunded at the end of the holiday unless the telephone or heating have been used, in which case it will be refunded by the owner when the appropriate invoices have been received, within 3 months of holiday.
